
Victoria Williams, President
Victoria Williams is the owner of VBA Design, an architecture firm with offices located in Panama City, Florida, and Fairhope, Alabama. She has over twenty-four years of experience in architectural design, construction, and construction administration. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, is LEED AP BD+C Certified and a registered and licensed architect in the States of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a certified woman business owner by the National Women Business Owners Corporation. Victoria has a strong belief in providing a positive and innovative environment for our community; she shares this passion through her involvement in numerous community service boards including The Bay County Chamber of Commerce, FSU Panama City, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, United Way and many others. She has been the recipient of a variety of awards, including the 2009 NW Florida AIA Community Service, the 2010 Bay County Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year, the 2010 Florida American Institute of Architects Silver Medal, the 2014 Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Leadership Award and in 2016 received the Citizen Architect Award. Victoria has two children, Ashtyn and Morgan; who share her vision for the future and are committed to building a better experience that enhances the lives of all.

Irene Field, VP of Operations
Irene has a unique twenty-five year background in organizational and event management, marketing, and public relations. This knowledge, along with her Bachelors degree in Professional Communication from Florida State University, provides valuable skills that are used daily to engage, inform, and involve each member of the team, including our clients and consultants. After living for many years in Michigan, Irene currently resides in Panama City with her husband Richard Field, and daughter Stephanie. She enjoys spending time with their five dogs, camping, painting and most of all giving back. She has a passion for helping our youth and has taken on volunteer leadership roles within our community including Junior Achievement, Rotary Area Governor 2023-2026 and a founding member of Club 360, Inc. to make the world a better place.

Fredd Lucille, CADD Technician and Production Professional
Fredd has over 20 years of residential experience in professional custom design development and production with extensive knowledge in AutoCAD software. He has a passion for design and enjoys working through the process with clients. Fredd is experienced in drafting floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, creating, editing, and finalizing construction plans.

Gabriel Diaz-Aviles, REVIT Designer/Production Professional
Gabriel has expert knowledge in our commercial arena with over 5 years experience in Revit software design. He provides quality driven design and plans and demonstrates consistent achievement of the objectives for our clients. In addition, Gabriel has a Bachelor of Architecture and studying for his licensure.

Erica Barnard, Interior Designer and Production Professional
Professional
Erica has a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh’s Online Division, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has been in industry for six years and in 2023 obtained her Interior Designer for the State of Florida. After pursuing multiple classes on the subject, Erica has found a passion for color theory and how certain colors and shades can impact the mood of a space. She enjoys creating interior environments that suit multiple purposes while showcasing the personal flair or interests of the owner of the space. Erica has participated in the design and color selection of both commercial and residential spaces, working with the owners to see their concepts come to life. Erica and her husband Josh live in Panama City, Florida with their daughter, Amelia, and two cats, Thor and Loki. Together, they enjoy attending festivals and themed fairs in the Panhandle area. When she is not studying for her licensing exams or chasing after a toddler, Erica enjoys baking and painting.
